Business and Foundation Supporters

Our mix of place-based grassroots advocacy, on-the-ground stewardship work, and a legacy of accomplishments are made possible by linking the support of foundations, individual donors, and businesses who are invested in a thriving Greater Hells Canyon Region. From general and program-specific grants and contributions, to in-kind donations and volunteer efforts, we are grateful for the partnerships that connect place to place, people to place, and people to people.

Business Supporters

We are proud to work with businesses across the Greater Hells Canyon Region and beyond.

Our business supporters contribute with funding, product donations, and other means of support. We work with businesses of all sizes to tailor a program that matches giving ability with impact. Help Support These Strategic Initiatives

Funding for Public Lands Protections

We are actively soliciting funders to support our Public Lands Protection program, a core pillar of our work for over 50 years. This program work is critical to ensuring the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, the Wallowa Whitman, Umatilla, and Malheur National Forests, and the human and wild communities that rely on these public lands, can thrive long into the future.

Funding Capacity for the Blue Mountains Trail

The Blue Mountains Trail was launched in 2021. Initial funding to develop the trail was provided by a mix of individuals, businesses and foundations, as well as travel and tourism destination development entities. Ongoing support is provided by individuals and businesses while we seek long-term funding partnerships that will allow us to continue to invest in trail maintenance and support for the region’s recreation economy.

General Operations and Program Support

From unrestricted funding support for general operations to funding in support of our specific program areas, foundation and business funding allows us to spend more time focused on our vision for and mission on behalf of the Greater Hells Canyon Region. We invite you to join our council and reach out if you would like to learn more about supporting our work.
